What is the danger
The rubber of the balloons releases an excessive amount of 4-nitrosomorpholine (NMOR)(measured value up to 0.16 mg/ kg). NMOR is a nitrosamine, which may cause cancer through ingestion or dermal exposure. A child could be exposed to it when touching or putting the product in the mouth.
