What is the danger
The creepage and clearance distances between live parts and accessible metal parts are inadequate. The power supply cable is not adequately attached and the cross-sectional area of its conductors is insufficient. The protective cover of the lamp can easily be removed without the use of a tool. A user could touch parts of the product that are at high voltage and receive an electric shock.
