What is the danger

The product expels excessive quantities of burning pieces outside the safety distance, which can cause injuries and/or eye injuries to the user or bystanders. The fireworks may burst or release burning material too close to the ground, causing damage to sight and burns to bystanders. The product may not ignite correctly. A user may try to re-ignite it, with the risk of being hit by the pyrotechnic effects and thereby receive burns and damage to sight.

Requirements breached

The product does not comply with the requirements of the Pyrotechnics Directive nor with the European standard EN 15947-5.
