What is the danger

The internal mechanism of the forward/reverse control switch experiences premature wear and tear. This may cause involuntary deceleration and stopping of the vehicle. If the accelerator pedal is kept depressed, the vehicle may unexpectedly move backwards, causing injuries.

Requirements breached
