What is the danger
The solders in the product and the plastic in the USB cable have an excessive concentration of lead (measured value up to 80.6% by weight respectively ). Moreover, a solder in the product has an excessive concentration of cadmium (measured value up to 0.19% by weight). Lead poses a risk to the environment. Cadmium bio- accumulates and poses a risk to the environment.
