What is the danger

The ventilation holes and the projection of the knob of the pacifier are too small, making it difficult to grab hold of the pacifier if stuck in a child's throat, which could lead to a suffocation risk. Moreover, the plastic parts of the product may easily break, creating small parts. A child may put them into the mouth and choke.
