What is the danger

The product has inadequate insulation. The user could touch accessible live parts, which can lead to an electric shock. Moreover, the cable lacks proper anchoring (missing strain relief), and the plug dimensions do not meet specifications. Furthermore, the product is not protected against moisture, despite being recommended for outdoor use. Consequently, the water could penetrate the product and cause an electric shock.

Requirements breached

The product does not comply with the requirements of the Low Voltage Directive nor with the European standard EN 60598.
