What is the danger
The product has an excessive volume of nicotine-containing liquid (9.5 ml) and an excessive concentration of nicotine (29 mg/ml). This could lead to the accidental consumption of a high dose of nicotine. Nicotine is acutely toxic and can endanger the user’s safety, notably if the product comes into contact with the skin or is ingested. Additionally, the product labelling is misleading, and it does not contain information on its nicotine content. As a consequence, consumers cannot make informed decisions regarding the safe use of the product.
