What is the danger
The pipe cleaners’ rolled around the antennae have sharp points that can cause injuries to the child. The plastic bag packaging is too thin. If a child places the plastic bag over their head, they could asphyxiate. Moreover, the costume may catch fire if worn close to an ignition source, resulting in burns.
