What is the danger

According to the list of ingredients, the product contains 2-(4-tert-butylbenzyl)propionaldehyde (BMHCA - Lilial) and 3- and 4-(4-hydroxy-4-methylpentyl) cyclohex-3-ene-1-carbaldehyde (HICC), which are prohibited in cosmetic products. BMHCA may damage the reproductive system, harm the health of the unborn child and cause skin sensitisation, while HICC causes contact allergies.
