What is the danger

The product has inadequate insulation and there is insufficient protection against water. Additionally, the cross-sectional area of the electrical conductors is insufficient. Due to insufficient creepage distances, there is a risk of electrical breakdown between conductive parts. The user could touch accessible live parts and receive an electric shock.
