What is the danger
The accessible metal parts, such as the brush or some internal parts, are not sufficiently insulated and the safety distances between the live parts and the metal parts are insufficient. The supply cable may come into contact with hot metal parts and make live parts accessible to the user, causing a risk of electric shock.
