Plastic toy flower and xylophone

Requirements breached

Small parts (the yellow cap on the handle of the flower and the screws from the xylophone) can easily be detached from the toy. A small child may put them in the mouth and choke. The product does not comply with the requirements of the Toy Safety Directive and the relevant European standard EN 71-1.
