Requirements breached
The drawstring placed in the hood with knots and toggles on the ends poses a risk of strangulation. In addition, if a child pulls the elastic drawstring the toggles may spring back into the eyes and face causing injuries. The product does not comply with the relevant European standard EN 14682.
