Requirements breached

The mechanical strength of the chainsaw is insufficient: the front hand guard and front handle can easily deform or break. Moreover the automatic chain brake and the brake stopping system are inadequate. As a consequence, the user might get in contact with the moving chain, suffering injuries. The product does not comply with the requirements of the Machinery Directive and the relevant European standard EN 11681-1.
