What is the danger

The plastic material of the ball contains di-(2-ethylhexyl) phthalate (DEHP) (measured value: 24% by weight).

Requirements breached

This phthalate may harm the health of children, causing possible damage of the reproductive system. According to the REACH Regulation the phthalate DEHP is prohibited in all toys and childcare articles.
