What is the danger

Water can enter the vent mechanism for the front windscreen-wiper motor.

Requirements breached

This could result in the windscreen-wiper motor failing because of internal corrosion. Failure of the windscreen-wipers whilst driving in rain would lead to reduced visibility for the driver.
