What is the danger
The product contains more than the maximum permitted amount of nicotine (announced value 150 mg/ml) and is presented in a container that lacks child-resistant fastening and is too big. Nicotine is acutely toxic and can endanger the user's safety, notably if the product comes into contact with the skin or is ingested.
Requirements breached
The product does not comply with the requirements of the Tobacco Products Directive (2014/40/EU) and the CLP Regulation (EC) No 1272/2008.
