What is the danger
The sound pressure level of the toy is too high (>125 dB). This could lead to permanent impairment of hearing.
Requirements breached
In addition, the whistle can easly detach from the lanyard. A child could put it in the mouth and choke on it. The product does not comply with the requirements of the Toy Safety Directive and the relevant European standard EN 71-1.
