What is the danger

The suction cup of the projectiles can easily detach.

Requirements breached

If a child puts a projectile in the mouth, the suction cup could detach and obstruct the airways. The product does not comply with the requirements of the Toy Safety Directive and the relevant European standard EN 71-1.
