What is the danger

The strings contain bis (2-ethylhexyl) phthalate (DEHP) (measured value: up to 30% by weight). This phthalate may harm the health of children, causing possible damage to the reproductive system.

Requirements breached

The migration of organotin compounds of the materials is too high (measured value: up to 63mg/kg). Organotins are toxic and may harm human health. The product does not comply with the REACH Regulation, with the requirements of the Toy Safety Directive and the relevant European standard 71-3.
