What is the danger

The firework ascends at an angle which is too flat and explodes at too low altitude.

Requirements breached

Bystanders could be hit by parts of the firework, causing burns and injuries. The product does not comply with the requirements of the Pyrotechnics Directive and the relevant European standard EN 15947.
