What is the danger

Due to the unsuitable design of the dynamic tensioner of the accessory belt, slip-resistance efforts will increase over time which may lead to cracks in the area of the tensioner strap.

Requirements breached

The strap could consequently break and the belt fall, resulting in a loss of power steering, the battery discharging and the engine overheating.
