What is the danger
A flashover may occur between live parts of the input circuit and live parts of the output circuit.
Requirements breached
The battery can consequently overcharge and overheat which may lead to a fire. Furthermore, the plastic housing of the hoverboard can easily catch fire. The product does not comply with the requirements of the Machinery Directive and the relevant European Standards EN 62133 and EN 60335-1.
