What is the danger
The dimensions of the socket outlet and the flat plug are not adequate and the battery compartment cover can be opened without a tool, leading to live parts becoming accessible.
Requirements breached
The user can come into contact with live parts which could lead to an electric shock. The product does not comply with the requirements of the Low Voltage Directive and the relevant standard EN 60335 and EN 60320.
