Requirements breached

The product poses a risk of fire and injuries because: 1. Brackets welded on the fuel tank may crack due to stress while riding. This can cause fuel to leak causing a risk of fire. 2. Water may enter the ECU or Vehicle Down Sensor connectors through the wiring harness. This can lead to corrosion on the terminals and may cause the engine to cut out creating the potential for an accident. 3. The wiring for the fuel injection may rub on the frame wearing the insulation away. This can cause the engine to cut out, creating the potential for an accident.
