What is the danger

The product is easily flammable and the flame propagation is too high.

Requirements breached

If a child wears the mask close to an ignition source, it may catch fire, which would result in burns to the child's face. The product does not comply with the requirements of the Toy Safety Directive and the relevant European standard EN 71-2.
