What is the danger
The suppression capacitor between the mains primary and USB secondary circuits is not strong enough.
Requirements breached
Consequently, the accessible USB port becomes live increasing the risk of electric shock. The product does not comply with the Low Voltage Directive and the relevant European standard EN 62368-1.
