Requirements breached
Clearance/creepage distances in the mains transformer between primary and secondary windings are not sufficient. Due to this defect, the user can easily get an electric shock from the accessible secondary parts in the case of a fault in the product. The product does not comply with the Low Voltage Directive (LVD) and the relevant European standard EN 60950.
