В чем опасность

Кабель питания не имеет надлежащей системы заземления. Поэтому устройства класса защиты 1 (вилки Schuko), подключённые к товару, не подключаются к защитному заземлению электроустановки. Если подключённое устройство неисправно, доступные токопроводящие части (например, металлический корпус) могут оказаться под напряжением. Поэтому пользователь может получить поражение электрическим током.
