The candle is designed in such a way that after a certain time, the paraffin wax heats above the flash point of 199 degrees. This can cause the underlying battery to explode and lead to explosive ejection of hot liquid paraffin and parts of the battery, causing burns.

When users try to blow out the burning candle, it is also probable that they will be hit in the face by burning paraffin wax and parts of the battery.
