A child may put the small parts or the batteries in the mouth, which could cause choking or damage to the gastrointestinal tract. Moreover, the plastic nose and the coating of the wires contain bis (2-ethylhexyl) phthalate (DEHP) (measured value up to 13% by weight). The product does not comply with the requirements of the Toy Safety Directive, the REACH Regulation and the relevant European standards EN 71-1 and EN 62115.

- Notification A12/1741/19 has been temporarily withdrawn from report 47-2019 of 22-11-2019 at the request of the notifying authority while waiting results of further investigation. Notification INFO/0121/19 published on weekly report 2019-44 has been upgraded to article 12 notification (serious risk) with reference number A12/1810/19. The upgrade was done upon request of the notifying authority after providing detailed description of the risk.
