Dimethylfumarate is a substance which is strongly sensitising on contact with the skin, and consumer products containing dimethylfumarate are banned according to the REACH Regulation. The product also poses a risk of choking because it contains small parts (a rhinestone) that may easily detach and be swallowed by small children.
