What is the danger
The strap of the toy drum has no quick release mechanism. If worn around the neck, it could form a loop and become trapped, leading to strangulation.
Requirements breached
The handle of some of the instruments is too long. A small child could put it in the mouth and choke. The product does not comply with the requirements of the Toy Safety Directive and the relevant European standard EN 71-1.
